With the wealth of new apartment buildings in the downtown area and the rise in the cost of living, there has been a critical concern through out my investigation of displaced residents; that our local economy must lower the costs of business by investing in equity of Loveland's people. When a firm does not do justice to the equality of the people of Loveland, little do they know they are on dangerous cliff of self sabotage. Not a city set on a hill as a light, and beacon of love. Ignoring the lives of people means ruin is served to elderly people, midlife people, and the younger generation; forcing these displaced people to the streets. I propose a critical housing voucher program, that offers emergency apartment living, and first time home ownership vouchers, that will give displaced residence a new fresh start. Dangerous leadership is wealth without purpose; which leads to vanity and the pollution of disgrace from the displaced, to the down town area, because of low moral. Serving these people a note of dignity, would erase crime and bolster new hope.
